Limited Edition Prints

All prints sold through this website are signed limited editions and include a certificate of authenticity.

Due to the collectible nature of these works, customers are asked to handle all items carefully.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in packaging every order. If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Photographs of the artwork

  • Photographs of the packaging and any visible damage

  • A brief description of the issue

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Change of Mind Returns

If you purchase a standard, non-personalised item online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition

  • Include the original Certificate of Authenticity

  • Be returned securely packaged to prevent damage during transit

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

Please use a tracked and insured delivery service, as returned items remain the customer's responsibility until received by us.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item and confirming its condition.

Custom or Personalised Orders

Custom-made, commissioned, or personalised items are exempt from cancellation rights and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged.

Certificate of Authenticity

Each limited-edition print is supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity.

The Certificate of Authenticity forms part of the product. Refunds or exchanges may be reduced or refused where the certificate is missing, damaged, altered, or not returned with the artwork.

Return Condition

We reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund where a returned item shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the artwork, or where the item is not returned in a resaleable condition.
